How do I do a Simple Character Animation in Game Maker?


Answer:

The first step in creating an animated character to use in a Game Maker game would be to create the frames for animation. You can use an image editing software like MS Paint (included with a Windows Operating System) or Adobe Photoshop to create the frames of animation.

Once the frames have been created, you can then import them into Game Maker as a sprite. Check out the video below for more details:
