What are Maps in RPG Maker Fes?
Maps Settings in RPG Maker Fes

Maps are where the player will go in your game. Maps will be where the main character will walk around, where events can be placed, where you place map chips, setup collisions, and setup encounters with enemies.

Maps come in two types: World Maps and Area Maps.

World Maps feature different map chips than Area Maps. The World Maps also wrap around like the planet Earth. (Meaning if you continue walking to the right far enough, you'll wrap back to the far left)

Area Maps can be created in 3 types: City, Dungeon, and Interior. All of these types have the same properties, but have a different icon when you edit them. (This way you can use that to tell areas apart as you create your game, but you don't have to use these specifically for each use. Meaning you don't HAVE to make a City using the City type).

You can have up to 99 maps in your RPG Maker Fes game. You can even have more than one world map! Neato!
