This event in RPG Maker Fes will change the weather effect currently on the screen. The weather effect will stay on the screen, even if you move locations on the same map or move to a different map. No sound effect is accompanied by the weather changes.
Change weather: None: Removes any weather effect
Change weather: Rain: Adds rain to the screen.
Change contents: Snow: Adds snow to the screen
Preview: View the weather change
Confirm: Save your changes
