This event in RPG Maker Fes will cause a player in your party to gain or lose a special skill. If you don't want to use the the RPG Maker Fes Profession system to have character use special skills, use this event instead!
Target character: Select an individual character to get the special skill change.
Special Skill: Select the special skill to gain or lose
Contents: Learn Select this if you want the character to gain this skill.
Contents: Forget Select this if you want the character to lose this skill.
Confirm: Saves your settings for this event.
